Estimated Delivery Time is split into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time.

Processing Time may differ from different products and designs, as a guide

Processing time takes between 3-15 working days
Shipping time takes between 8-12 working days

Refund or exchange an item

Faulty Item / Wrong item
Refund (less shipping)/ exchange is possible when you receive a faulty or incorrect item from what you ordered. Please e-mail us quoting your order details and the reason for return. Once you receive a confirmation e-mail from us, you can return the item.

Refund/Exchange will be done within 3 working days after we receive the item back. Upon receiving the returned item, we will send you a replacement or in circumstances when the replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

You have 7 days from receipt of the item to contact our customer care and arrange to return it to us.

Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
